The 3 Nigerians recently evacuated from Dubai have tested positive for COVID-19.

The Lagos state Commissioner for Health Professor Akin Abayomi, in a tweet shared on Sunday May 17 2020, said 3 of the Dubai evacuees have tested positive for corona virus.

”3 of the returnees recently evacuated from Dubai have tested positive for #COVID19 infection following #COVID19 test conducted on them. Those affected have been admitted to @followlasg #COVID19 care centre for appropriate treatment protocols.” he tweeted.

These three new confirmed cases were among  the 256 Nigerians that were repatriated to Nigeria following the global Corona virus pandemic On May 6 2020.
